Project Scope

BHR was appointed as the principal contractor and tasked with a comprehensive delivery programme. The works were completed within a tight 8-week schedule to ensure a smooth opening for our clients and included the following elements:

  • Project Management and Coordination from mobilisation through to handover.
  • Full Internal Strip-Out and Demolition of existing structures.
  • Structural Modifications and Works to support the redesigned layout.
  • Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (M&E) installations.
  • HVAC Systems, including ventilation and climate control optimisation.
  • Flooring and specialist acoustic flooring throughout the space
  • Decorative Finishes, including painting and wall treatments.
  • Specialised Installations and Joinery such as [e.g., studio lighting, acoustic panels, bespoke joinery.
  • Safety & Security Systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms and controlled access.
  • External Signage and Branding, aligned to brand standards.

All elements were carefully coordinated to ensure the works were delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and fully aligned with the client’s operational and branding requirements.
