Project Scope

BHR Commercial Construction Ltd. was appointed to deliver a comprehensive 10-week construction programme for this project, encompassing a full internal strip-out and structural transformation of the existing premises. Works included the complete removal of the mezzanine level, extensive demolition of all redundant fixtures and finishes, and the installation of a new drainage system to support the upgraded facility layout.

  • Project Management and Coordination from mobilisation through to handover.
  • Full Internal Strip-Out and Demolition of existing structures.
  • Structural Modifications and Works to support the redesigned layout.
  • Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (M&E) installations.
  • HVAC Systems, including ventilation and climate control optimisation.
  • Flooring and specialist acoustic flooring throughout the space
  • Decorative Finishes, including painting wall treatments and a full overspray of the entire roof
  • Specialised Installations and Joinery such as [e.g., studio lighting, acoustic panels, bespoke joinery.
  • Safety & Security Systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms and controlled access.
  • External Signage and Branding, aligned to brand standards.
  • All New Drainage groundworks to repair the existing and lay new pipes for the facility.

All elements were carefully coordinated to ensure the works were delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and fully aligned with the client’s operational and branding requirements.
