This small project involved a refurbishment of the back room of the Lidl food store at Tadley. The walls, doors and floor were all badly in need of redecoration, having suffered years of bumps, thumps and scrapes from heavy trolleys and cages.
We cleaned down the interior, including the machinery, then repainted the walls and woodwork.
A tough dark blue protection strip was put around the entire wall, with a matching skirting, robust enough to shrug off battering from the trolleys. Corners were protected with Checker plate, which was also used on the doors through to the shop floor.
New heavy-duty flooring was laid, and the warehouse presented back to the client in a fresh, clean condition. The additional protective materials will keep the room looking tidy for years to come.
If you want to speak to BHR Commercial Construction about any kind of construction project, we’d be happy to hear from you.
