Our all-in service starts with delivery of designs, includes meeting specific standards or requirements, advising on materials and finishes, through the management of the entire build, to completion and handover.
We have exceptionally good relationships with our partners on any project. Working more cooperatively with the architects of any project is hugely beneficial.
MODERN METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION
Innovation in construction is key – and we are constantly looking to improve the way we work and the products we use. From modular construction, large format blocks, thermally insulating blocks and cross laminated timber, we have worked with them all.
We’re happy to provide impartial advice and give you the full benefit of our experience where appropriate. We make sure you know all about the pros as well as the cons, plus the efficiencies, environmental performance and overall build quality.
A lot of the newer building methods have a good deal to do with sustainability and building environmentally friendly spaces.

Listed buildings are precious national assets. They are our history, and most are beautiful to look at and live in. Conservation and restoration needs to be undertaken with great care. Our very specific, expert construction skills and experience are ideal for this.
If fact it’s an area of passion for BHR, we have worked on many conservation projects which required specialist skills, sourcing suitable materials and even learning new (historic) methods in some cases.
