Project Overview

BHR was awarded this contract with an eight-week programme to deliver the full strip-out, demolition, and fit-out of the two-storey facility for our valued client. The scope of works was extensive and included:

  • Mechanical and electrical (M&E) services
  • Plumbing and drainage installations
  • Flooring throughout the facility

  • External signage
  • Bespoke lighting design and installation

All elements were carefully coordinated to ensure the works were delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and fully aligned with the client’s operational and branding requirements.
