BHR delivered a series of projects for Artisan du Chocolat at its working factory in Ashford, Kent.
This phase created new office and meeting accommodation on the existing mezzanine, together with supporting plant-room works.
Daily pre-start checks and contamination-control measures were built into the delivery plan for the live production environment.

BHR coordinated direct labour, trusted subcontractors and material deliveries around the factory’s operating schedule. Studwork followed the relocation of M&E and HVAC to the new plant room, before wallboard, doors, windows, plastering, decoration, tiling and ceilings were completed.
